Livoltek inverter system may display a fault if it detects the absence of proper grounding. To turn off ground detection for Livoltek Hybrid Inverter, follow these steps;

1. Turn on the bluetooth of your device with which you have connected and configured your inverter using MyLivoltek app.
2. Now, open the MyLivoltek app.
3. Tap “Me” on the bottom right corner of the screen.
4. Tap “Go to Local Mode”.
5. Now, tap on “Bluetooth” and then tap “inverter”.
6. You will see a fault “Ground Abnormal”.
7. Go to settings.
8. Tap Advanced Settings.
9. Add password as hx123456.
10. Tap Confirm.
11. Scroll down and turn off ground detection. It may take a few seconds.
12. Go back and refresh. The error will be gone.
