The Livoltek Warranty is the strong support and promise to you, that we are stand behind the quality of our products. And will provide the full lifetime service for our customers. All the Livoltek products are thoroughly tested before they leave the plant. If there is a product-related issue within the warranty period. It will be replaced (including all updates) or repaired and on its way to you in the shortest possible time.

 

Warranty Policy

Registering your product warranty is the first step to starting our service. it is recommended that register no more than 6 weeks following the successful installation and commissioning of the Product where possible. Thus we can provide the warranty query service, you can check online if your product is still under warranty and eligible for replacement or repair. If your product is still under warranty, you can contact your installer for a warranty claim. Provide the necessary information as the warranty documents are required. For more detailed information, please refer to the warranty terms and conditions of our specific product line.

Claim Procedure

It is the customer’s duty to contact LIVOLTEK in the event of a warranty claim with the following information:

Extended Warranty Activation

The extension is available for purchase up to 24 months from the commissioning date of the product.
